2026 Project Pipeline Recap

Celebrating 20 Years of Project Pipeline Summer Camp

This year we had over 50 students join us back at Crown Hall at IIT for another successful year of Project Pipeline Summer Camp. Thank you to Committee Chairs Esther Mumbi, NOMA and Deonante Sutton M.Arch, who spent countless hours making this camp all come together this year. Thank you to the I-NOMA Executive Board and Committee Chairs, volunteers, parents, mentors and our sponsors who helped us make this one of the best years of camp!

Chicago is a very diverse city, and we see this impact in the reach of students and volunteers at our camp. Our camp volunteers and mentors represent a diverse group of designers and mentors across the city - allowing students to see and interact with adults that share cultural connectivity. Representation matters, and by interacting with volunteers and mentors from diverse backgrounds and professions, students discover new paths within architecture, and a better understanding of architecture from different voices and experiences. We are so proud of the impact of our program and looking forward to sharing it’s continued success!
