2026 CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
Calling all I-NOMA members who are interested and available for leading the next chapter of our organization for the 2027-2028 Executive Board and Committee Leadership! We have 3 executive board positions available as well as 2 committee leadership positions. Submit your nominations at the link here: Nominations
Nominations are open until the end of October ahead of the November General Body Meeting. At and after the GBM, the elections will open up to paid members. An email and link to vote will be sent to members where they can submit their vote. Voting will close Monday, November 30th at midnight. Electors will be notified December 7th.
2027-2028 Executive Board
Vice President
The Vice President shall have such powers and perform such duties as the Board of Directors may from time to time prescribe. In the absence or inability of the President, the Vice President shall be designated by the Board of Directors to perform the duties of the President, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of, and shall be subject to all restrictions upon the President.
Treasurer
The Treasurer shall be the Chairman of the Budget and Finance Committee; and shall make financial reports at meetings of the Board of Directors, cause independent audits of the books and financial records, and perform all the duties incident to the office of the Treasurer. The Treasurer shall be the accounting officer of I-NOMA and shall keep full and accurate accounts of all financial transactions in books belonging to I-NOMA.
Parliamentarian
The Parliamentarian shall maintain order, interpret the bylaws, perform other normal duties of Parliamentarian at meetings, and shall maintain an ongoing record of the events, projects, and history of the organization.
2027 Committee Leadership
(New) Fundraising Chair
The Fundraising Chair will work directly with the President, Treasurer, and entire Executive Board with a sole mission of fundraising on behalf of the organization. The fundraising chair duties shall include, but are not limited to, securing sponsorships, grants, and funds for Project Pipeline, ARE, and Professional Development initiatives. The fundraising chair shall work under the Treasurer on the Finance Committee.
(New) Advocacy Chair
The Advocacy Chair will work with the Executive Board on maintaining partnerships with local government, non-profit and organizations advocating for just & equitable design. The Advocacy Chair will assist the chapter and I-NOMA members in finding specific local events and community based programming related to social and environmental justice issues.
