DESIGN BUILD PROGRAM
The I-NOMA Design-Build Program was initiated with the purpose of introducing early high school, minority youth to the design and construction process and connecting them with professionals in these fields, creating opportunities for life and character lessons using hands-on design and construction activities, and improving the space of a local, socially based institution.

Chicago Child Care Society
The Chicago Child Care Society is a non-profit organization that supports children, youth and families to reach their full potential. They are a multi-service agency serving Chicago’s South, Southwest and South Suburban areas. Their mission is to provide innovative, community-based education and social service programs that address the current and emerging needs of vulnerable children and their families.

Free participation is open to early high school students (grades 9-10) and ages 14 to 16 who are interested in design, construction, engineering or similar professions. They must be affiliated with the Chicago Childcare Society or have been a Project Pipeline student.
